This petition has been filed seeking direction to learned Special Court of SC and ST (Prevention of Attrocities) Amendment Act Cases, at Kallakuruchi to consider the bail application of the petitioners herein in Cr.No.116 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, on the same day of their surrender.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court that there should not be violation of mandate spirit of the Statute.
