[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to produce the person or body of detenue viz., Lakshmi, W/o.S.Manikandan, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue Lakshmi, aged about 23 years, was secured in Kundrathur Police Station Crime No.1036 of 2020 on 12.08.2020 and her custody was handed over to her parents on the same day.
