Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue R.Sujitha Sanchez, aged about 27 years, who is under illegal custody of 3rd respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue-Sujitha, filed this present habeas corpus petition inter alia alleging https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she is under the illegal custody of the third respondent, who is none other than the father.

2.Today, once again both the detenue and the petitioner are present. We made them to have a free discussion with each other, which transpired that the detenue is insisting to get separated. Therefore, the petitioner, accordingly agreed to go for a mutual divorce. The detenue has also agreed for the abovesaid recourse.

3.Thus, while finding that there is no illegal detention is involved, the present habeas corpus petition stands closed by recording the statements made both by the petitioner and the detenue.
