ORDER

This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3384/2015/Sa.Pa. dated 29.01.2016. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent acceded to grant of the prayer sought by the petitioner, placing on record, written instructions dated 07.06.2017 issued by the Managing Director of the second respondent cooperative society to the effect that the enquiry will be concluded within a period of three months.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a speaking order within a period of three months. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
