Appellant -VsSethuraman Srinivasan ... Respondent Prayer : Appeal under order XXXVI Rule 1 of the O.S. Rules read with Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order of this Court dated 28.03.2019 passed in O.P.No.598 of 2018. The Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that;

a) The Petitioner herein may be appointed as the guardian of the person and property of the Minor child shwetha Sethuraman born on 24.12.2012.

b) grant permanent custody of the Minor Shwetha Sethuraman born on 24.12.2012 to the Petitioner herein. For Appellant : Mr.D.Vijay For Respondent : Ms.K.Sumathi
