Heard Mr.V.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for the second Respondent.

3. It is submitted that the Administrative Sanction order was passed on 26.08.2025, pursuant to which work will be commenced from tomorrow. The proceedings of first respondent, dated 26.08.2025 has also been produced to that effect.
