2. Mr.Jagadeesan learned representing counsel would submit that he undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent(TNSTC) Salem and he has got objection in allowing this petition.
3. The first petitioner would aver that on account of the accident that occurred on 06.02.2011, she lost her son. She would further aver that due to ill-health, she incurred continuous medical expenses and due to financial constraints, delay of 3347 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 3347 days shall stand waived. 28-04-2026 KKD To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Saslem.
