It is not in dispute between the parties that the 7th respondent is the alleged purchaser of the property, which is the subject matter in the suit.

2. That being the factum, the 7th respondent has to be impleaded necessarily.

3. Accordingly, the C.M.P.No.9495 of 2022 and C.M.P.No.9551 of 2022 stand ordered.
