ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 18.02.2025 in Ref. No.A1/234/2024 issued by the third respondent thereby restraining the petitioner not to disturb the possession of the respondents 4 to 6 in respect of the subject land. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has settled between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein and therefore the order passed by the third respondent cannot be sustained.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. It is made clear that the impugned order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the third respondent does not have any force in view of the settlement arrived between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
