COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.Nos. 2800, 2797, 2798 and 2799 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - III, Coimbatore. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings which have been challenged in these quash petitions have already been disposed of by the trial Court on 09.05.2023. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petitions. Hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
