Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer petitioner's husband, the Detenue, I.Sahulhammed, S/o. Ibrahim aged about 44 years in Convict No.4410 from Central Prison, Puzhal to Central Prison, Coimbatore, who is temporarily detained at Central Prison, Puzhal.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer petitioner's husband, the Detenue, I.Sahulhammed, S/o. Ibrahim, aged about 44 years (Convict No.4410) from Central Prison, Puzhal to Central Prison, Coimbatore, who is temporarily detained at Central Prison, Puzhal.

2. The petitioner seeks direction, directing the respondents to confine her husband, the detenue at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

3. Now, almost four years lapsed from the date of filing of this writ petition and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
