This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular the 3rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.06.2024, wherein the petitioner has sought for the inclusion of the names of the legal heirs of the petitioner's father in the patta issued in patta No.71, with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.06.2024 after affording opportunity to the 5th respondent 2/4

and necessary orders shall be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
