This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of docket order made in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2022 in M.C.No.113 of 2019 dated 05.03.2024 passed by the Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to set aside the docket order made in Crl.M.P.No.983 of 2022 in M.C.P.No.113 of 2019.
