On reading of the F.I.R., this Court finds that the complaint carry all trapping of civil dispute. Any how having registered the complaint, it is for the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in accordance with law and file a final report. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that within four months the investigation will be get completed and police will file either closure report or final report as per law.
