O R D E R

The revision petitioners herein are the respondents in C.M.A.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai.

2. The appellant therein filed the said appeal against the order of the Trial Court in rejecting his application for interim injunction. Now the grievance of the revision petitioners is that though the revision petitioners had filed caveat, without hearing them and without even issuing notice to them, an interim order was granted by the lower appellate Court. Hence, they have preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. I am not going into the issue that is raised by the revision petitioners as to passing of the order without issuing notice to them, since I am inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition by directing the Additional Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai to dispose of the C.M.A.No.8 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai to dispose of C.M.A.No.8 of 2015 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
