Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court on 07.01.2022 in Cr OP No.25707 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of RAMESH KUMAR G.CHOPDA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25707 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25707 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022 is totally relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
