This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur to conduct speedy enquiry in the protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2023 and dispose the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondents before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2023. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to conduct speedy enquiry in the protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2023 and dispose the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
