ORDER

[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr. P. Tamilavel, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) as the two representations (representations dated 28.10.2024 and 11.11.2024) on which the prayer in the captioned WP is predicated, have been sent by 'Ch; bghJ kf;fs;'.

Request of learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is acceded to.

A scanned reproduction of the endorsement made by learned counsel in the case file is as follows: In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP stands disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions in the aforesaid manner. This Court makes it clear that all the rights and contentions of any other person or entity (other than writ petitioner) also stand preserved if such individual or entity chooses to file a PIL on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
