This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 10.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.16918 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24703 of 2022 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 10.11.2022 as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
