Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 1, 2nd line and para 2, 1st line of the order dated 03.04.2024. The said para No.1, 2nd line and para No. 2, 1st line is to be replaced as follows:

"..... punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.94 of 2024, ..."

"2. The case of the prosecution is that, on 23.03.2024, the defacto complainant.......

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.1 & 2 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

4. In other respects, the order dated 03.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.
