O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2015.

2. It is seen that, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 06.07.2015 in CSR.No.89 of 2015 against his wife Naramada alleging that his wife fraudulently obtained an exparte order. Since the respondent police had not taken any action on the complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR.No.89 of 2015 on 06.07.2015 was enquired into and the same was closed on 17.07.2015.

Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition stands closed.
