The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No. 34809 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 / Contemnors would submit that survey No.282 has been subdivided as S.No.282/3 which now stands in the name of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would accept the above order.

4. Considering the fact that the order has been passed by the respondents is in compliance with the order of this Court dated 26.11.2024, no further orders are required in this Contempt Petition. 2/4
