By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the President of the Festival Committee of Arulmigu Sakthi Vinayagar Tirukoil at Konappanaickenpalayam, Chinnaputhur Post, Dharapuram Taluk, Tirupur District, submitted an application dated 15.6.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 28.6.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem, and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during the programme, and hence, prays for appropriate orders. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 15.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 26.6.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
