2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Accordingly, Paragraph No.6(1) of the order dated 23.03.2026 is modified as follows:

" 6. ...

(1) The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 26.03.2026, being the portion of 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.8432 of 2024 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II (Magisterial Level), Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai.

On payment of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of bail. If the petitioner is not complying with the condition of payment of remaining amount within a further period of four(4) weeks, the order of bail automatically stands cancelled without any further reference to the Court."

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised Paragraph No.6(1) in place of the original order and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith. 26-03-2026 skr Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes To
