This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.100 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused person was found to be in illegal possession of 30 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Further, the Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial within period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
