This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his mother at the expenses of the state. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

submit that there is property dispute between the petitioner and counter party.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.02.2019 and conduct enquiry along with the counter party and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
