Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register a case against the said persons and investigate the matter according to law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 28.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.11.2014.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
