By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the vacant site admeasuring to an extent of 2,700 square feet in Survey No.659/4 (Old Survey No.626/1A), at Thirumudivakkam Village, Sriperumputhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, submitted an application dated 26.12.2014, to the second respondent praying to survey the said property into metes and bounds and lay measurement stone as per the FMB Register, and also to issue patta in her name and since she has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.12.2014, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
