(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, who are auction purchasers seeking extension of time for the payment of remaining amount, which could not be paid due to the pandemic situation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank does not have serious objection.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a period of 40 days from today may be granted for the payment of remaining amount, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank has agreed to.
4.In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pay the remaining amount to the respondent-Bank within a period of 40 days from today. No costs.
