COMMON JUDGMENT (Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.N.Subramaniyan, Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthy, Ms.Swarnam J.Rajagopalan and Mr.MA.Gouthaman for the respective appellants and Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submit that the appeals are filed against interim orders. The learned Single Judge is now hearing the writ petitions and the hearing has commenced.

3. As the parties have proceeded further with hearing of the petitions, no further orders are necessary in the present appeals.

4. The writ appeals, accordingly, are disposed of. Interim orders, if any, granted earlier by this Court shall continue till the disposal of the writ petitions. There will be no order as to costs.
