(CR.NO. 338 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner report before the respondent daily at 10.30.a.m from 06.04.2022 in the order passed in Crl.O.P No.6338/2022 dated 30.03.2022 in the interest of justice and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SREERANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6338 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. from 06.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6338 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
