The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.R.V.2/2751/2013 dated 22.04.2015 and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service, monetary and attendant benefits. 2.Mr.M.Padmanaban, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
