Petition to withdraw I.A. No. 20 of 2014 in H.M.O.P. No. nil of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District and transfer the same to Sub Court, Gudiyatham.

The wife has come before this Court seeking to withdraw I.A. No. 20 of 2014 in H.M.O.P. No.nil of 2014 filed by the respondent herein under Section 14(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, before the Sub Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District and transfer the same to Sub Court, Gudiyatham.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the appellant.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a house- wife and unemployed and that it would be difficult for her to travel nearly 125 kms from Gudiyatham to Cheyyar, it is appropriate to transfer I.A. No. 20 of 2014 in H.M.O.P. No. nil of 2014 from the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District.

Though the transfer sought is to Sub Court, Gudiyatham, taking into account, the convenience of both parties, I.A. No. 20 of 2014 in H.M.O.P. No. nil of 2014 pending on the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet. The transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
