ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the case, based on the complaint dated 21.03.2015 in CSR.No.303 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.303 of 2015, before the second respondent.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
