2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the records wherein it is stated that a case has been registered on 08.05.2018 under 'girl missing' for offences under section 363, 366, 366(A) of IPC read with Section 5(1) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The girl has been produced before the learned magistrate and after subjecting her for medical examination, her custody has been entrusted to the father.
3. Recording the same, the H.C.P. is closed. If any factual mistakes are brought to the notice of the court, the learned counsel for the petitioner will be given an opportunity to revive the petition.
