CRIME NO.20 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to stay at Thiruvannamalai and before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.3425 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3425 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
