ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6880 of 2026 grants anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the concerned satisfaction court was erroneously mentioned as 'the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Hosur", instead of 'the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore', due to an inadvertent typographical error. Accordingly, the Paragraph No.6 in the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6880 of 2026, is modified as follows:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further conditions"

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised Paragraph No.6 in place of the original and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
