This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.44381 of 2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost directly to the respondent, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

4. Print the name of Mrs.P.V.Rajeswari, the learned counsel for the respondent, while listing the matter for admission.
