ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6738 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023 passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai, and subsequently extend the time for one week for furnishing sureties in Crl.M.P.No.5364 of 2023 order dated 09.03.2023 passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.5364 of 2023. They were directed to furnish sureties within 15 days from the date of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5364 of 2023 on 09.03.2023. However, petitioners were not able to furnish sureties on or before 09.03.2023. Petitioners filed Crl.M.P.No.6738 of 2023 seeking extension of time for production of sureties. Crl.M.P.No.6738 of 2023 was dismissed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai, on 27.03.2023, therefore, this petition. 2/4

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the fact that petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, this Court extends two weeks further time from today (i.e. 18.04.2023) for the production of sureties as ordered by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.5364 of 2023.
