ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to produce the detenue, namely Somirin Washinao David, wife of Fabain Afra David, aged 34 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.We have perused the status report filed. We are quite satisfied with the status report which indicates the thorough investigation done. On a reading of paragraphs 16 to 18 of the status report, it is clear that the petitioner is in contact with the detenue quite regularly. The detenue left the petitioner's house voluntarily on her own will and she is working as Assistant Professor (History) from 07.05.2019. She is living with the elder sister's family in the State of Nagaland. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. We place on record the sincere efforts taken by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Anna Nagar, Chennai.
