This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 25.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that, it is a matrimonial dispute. In this regard, the maintenance petition is pending in MC.No.9 of 2010 against the petitioner filed by his alleged second wife. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
