ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on on 11.04.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 353, 307 of IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public property Damages Act in Crime No.157 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner parked his vehicle in a public place and threatened the public by demanding money and when the same was questioned by a police officer, he abused the police officer and tried to attack him. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application by stating that the petitioner threatened the general public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and attempted to assault a police officer, that apart he is history sheeter and Goondas proposal is under process against him. 5.Considering the facts of the case and the submissions made by the Additional Public prosecutor that the petitioner is a history sheeter and Goondas proposal is under process against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
