O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to pass orders based on the direction by the respondents 2 & 3 respondent dated 19.02.2018 respectively for the representation of the petitioner Company to the 4th respondent dated 19.01.2018 and 15.03.2018 within a period as stipulated by this Court.
2.The petitioner Company claims to be the owner of the land in Survey Nos.98/1A2, Part 99/2A, 99/3A, 99/2B, 99/3B, 89/3, 89/3A 1A1 situated at No.155, Payanoor Village measuring 26 acres 71 cents under a registered Sale Deed dated 23.03.2006. The patta was also issued in favour of the petitioner company on 14.08.2008. When the matter stood thus, the 5th respondent had obtained joint patta in the name of the petitioner Company and 5th respondent Sri Balaji Granites. With regard to the issuance of joint patta without the knowledge of the petitioner Company, the petitioner has sent representations dated 19.01.2018 and 15.03.2018 to the respondents. But no action has been taken in this regard. 3.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 4th respondent has to submit a report to the 3rd respondent and thereafter, the 3rd respondent has to pass orders based on the representations of the petitioner and the report submitted by the 4th respondent, hence eight weeks time may be granted to pass orders. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the matter, the 4th respondent is granted four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to submit a report and the 3rd respondent is granted eight weeks time to pass appropriate orders based on the representations of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018 and 15.03.

5.With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
