O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The direction dated 22.12.2014 to decide the representation dated 09.12.2014 of the petitioner within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the maximum period of two months was not complied with

either within that time or till three days ago when on the anticipation of the consequences to be faced, an order has been passed. No application preferred to extend the time.

2. Since the order has been passed, we do not proceed further in the Contempt Petition. But the respondent will compensate the petitioner with costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) for having been compelled to approach this Court on account of the non-compliance by the respondent.

3. The Contempt Petition is closed in the aforesaid terms with a direction to pay the costs within fifteen days from today.
