Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned tender notification dated 09-06-2020 made in Na.Ka.No.El.8/8888/2018 issued by the 4th respondent published in Daily Thanthi news paper on 12-06-2020 to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to change the location and issue a fresh tender notification for Ananda Irakkam Atroram Pathway in the same place were the business going on for the past 20 years.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that since the impugned tender notification was only for a period of one year, however, the same was already over. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
