This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 26.06.2015 (Reference No.CMT201505777) investigate and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner had lodged a complaint by post to the respondent Police and on the said complaint, petition enquiry is pending. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.
