C.M.P.No.8865 of 2022 in S.A.No.986 of 2005 P.T.ASHA, J., The order dated 05.01.2023 is re-called since the petition has been filed in Second Appeal, which has been dismissed for nonprosecution. The appellant is directed to file a fresh petition to bring on record the legal representatives in C.M.P.No.8862 of 2022 filed by them for condoning the delay of 1331 days in fling the restoration petition.
