This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.08.2022 made in W.P.Nos.21850, 21852 and 21853 of 2022.

2.This Court vide order dated 22.08.2022 made in W.P.Nos.21850, 21852 and 21853 of 2022 directed the respondent to implement the order dated 11.03.2022 passed by the first respondent therein.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that subsequently third party filed writ petition and the same is pending and hence, the respondent could not implement the order dated 11.03.2022 passed by the first respondent therein.
