ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.19110 of 2017 dated 01.11.2021, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2017 seeking cancellation of documents registered as doc.No.727 of 2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 01.11.2021 has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
