1. A memo of settlement has been filed by the petitioner. 1.1. The petitioner's counsel says that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.13,29,671/- [Rupees thirteen lakhs twenty nine thousand six hundred and seventy one only] towards full and final settlement of his claim raised in the petition from the respondentcompany.
